1. Information we collect and how

1.1 Automatically collected information

When you visit the Site, the following may be collected automatically:

  • IP address, browser type, operating system, access time, and pages visited
  • Identifiers stored by cookies and similar tracking technologies
  • Referral source and search terms (HTTP referer)

1.2 Information you provide

  • Email address and name (only if you provide them when contacting us)
  • Comments, feedback, and other content you voluntarily submit

We do not collect sensitive information or government-issued identifiers.

2. Legal basis for processing

We process personal information on the following bases:

  • Your consent — when you send an inquiry or agree to advertising cookies
  • Legitimate interests — operating the Site reliably, maintaining security, and analyzing traffic
  • Legal obligations — record-keeping required by applicable law

3. How we use your personal information

  • Operating the Site and improving content
  • Usage statistics and traffic analysis
  • Serving advertising (Google AdSense)
  • Responding to inquiries
  • Complying with legal obligations and handling disputes

4. Cookies and tracking

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to improve your experience and to run advertising. You can refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work fully as a result.

Main cookie categories

  • Essential cookies — basic site functions (e.g. remembering your language setting)
  • Analytics cookies — traffic analysis via Google Analytics 4
  • Advertising cookies — ad delivery and measurement via Google AdSense

5. Third-party services (processors)

The Site uses the following third-party services, each of which follows its own privacy policy:

6. Disclosure and processing by third parties

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not disclose it to third parties except where required by law or where you have consented. Hosting, CDN, analytics, and advertising functions necessary to run the Site are handled by the third-party services listed above, each of which processes information under its own terms and privacy policy.

7. International data transfer

Some of the external services we use (such as Google and Cloudflare) may operate servers outside the Republic of Korea, so automatically collected information may be processed abroad. Each provider applies the safeguards required by applicable law, such as standard contractual clauses.

8. Retention and deletion

We delete collected information once its purpose is fulfilled or its retention period ends. Emails and content received through inquiries are discarded after we respond, without separate retention. Advertising and analytics cookie data are retained according to each service’s policy, typically for up to 26 months.

9. Security measures

To protect personal information, we apply reasonable technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), restricted administrator access, and the security features of the third-party services we use.

10. Your rights

You may exercise the following rights at any time:

  • Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information
  • Request restriction of processing and withdraw consent
  • Opt out of ad personalization (directly in Google Ad Settings)
  • For GDPR-covered users: the right to data portability and to object to automated decisions
  • For CCPA-covered users: the right to opt out of sale (we do not sell personal information)
  • The right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Korea’s Personal Information Protection Commission, an EU member-state authority, etc.)

To exercise these rights, please contact [email protected].

11. Children’s privacy

The Site does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14, and complies with applicable laws such as COPPA. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that a child has provided information, they may request deletion at the email above, and we will delete it without delay after verification.
